• Creator applications: name, contact details, location, social profile links, niche, follower and engagement information you choose to share, portfolio links and collaboration preferences.
• Contact messages: name, email, optional phone number, reason, subject and message.
• Job applications: name, contact details, location, experience, skills, optional education, portfolio/LinkedIn link, optional resume file, optional expected salary, availability and cover letter.

We do not ask for government ID numbers (such as Aadhaar or PAN), bank details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information through this website. Please do not include such details in any form or upload.

• Uploaded resumes are validated for file type (PDF, DOC, DOCX) and size (up to 5 MB), stored privately and can be downloaded only by authenticated administrators.
• Credentials and secrets are kept in server-side environment configuration, not in website code.

We do not sell your personal information. Creator profile details may be shared with a brand only in the context of a specific collaboration you have been informed about. We may use trusted service providers (such as hosting) to operate this website.

We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, and review stored records periodically. You can request deletion at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing revoxivosolutions@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
